Hi everyone
! So I currently live on the east coast in Lincolnshire ( the land that time forgot), but I hate it. My parents moved me here from Bradford when I was nine years old, I’m desperate to get out and back to Yorkshire. I came across Sheffield quite by accident when my son was born prematurely and got very poorly and had to be rushed to Jessops wing and had to spend 5 weeks there. I kind of fell in love with Sheffield, the people, the greenery, the shops, everything. But my concern is that what we saw was not an accurate representation of what it’s like to live there, people have been telling me that I’m crazy for wanting to move from a lovely beach town to a city ( I don’t even like the beach!) and that the crime will be bad, it might not be good for my kids and on and on. We live in a council property so it would be an exchange, but my question is... what is it really like to live in Sheffield? Thanks for listening to my rambling
