Hello everyone - I'm new here so apologies if this topic has been covered recently. I'm currently living in Bromley with my husband and three year old son. We're looking at moving out further into Kent and are considering Marden. My son will be starting school next year and so we want to be settled in good time to put applications in to schools. My husband will be commuting daily into Cannon St and I work from home most days but have to go up to various places in London a few times a month. I'd be really grateful for some info about the village - whether people have found it easy to make friends there, what the local area is like etc. I've read previous threads but they're a few years out of date now and I know there's been a lot of building work there recently.
