Last November, Samaritans opened a new centre in Sevenoaks to support callers by telephone and email.
Now the we are looking to recruit both listening and support volunteers for this important service. Anyone can volunteer although you will need to be over 18, keen to help others and tolerant and open-minded. There is a choice of flexible volunteering packages available.
All volunteers will undergo selection and training before they start and experienced volunteers will be on hand to provide support.
