Wallington Primary Academy V other local primaries

We are relocating soon to Purley but we won’t be far from Wallington too. We will have to do an in year admissions application to some primary schools.

Does anyone have opinions on Wallington Primary Academy and also Woodcote Primary School? I know woodcote seems like the obvious choice as it’s outstanding rating but I’d love to walk to school ideally and Wallington is closer. I know it has changed names since it was a previous failing school.

I’m going to look around both but would love anyone’s opinions on either. Or other recommendations in the area too.

Are you staying in the state system for secondary? If so, then have a look at Riddlesdown’s admissions policy as they operate a feeder system and you might like to try and get a space at one of those schools.
