POST-NATAL YOGA

Hello
I'm desperate to exercise and am keen to do yoga.
Does anyon know of any post-natal yoga classes (where Mum's can bring babies along) in Holloway / Archway / Highbury / Kentish Town / Tufnell Park or surrounding areas??

not the areas you named but i live in kentish town and Triyoga in Primrose Hill is a walk from me, im doing antenatal yoga now and they do postnatal yoga and baby massage etc, triyoga can be a bit yummy mummy iyswim! but the yoga teachers are fantastic and it is friendly all the same.
