Does anyone have any experience of what NHS Antenatal classes run by UHW are like? Currently 17 weeks pregnant with my first and trying to decide if it's worth going to those or signing up for NCT Classes or possibly doing both?! I want to make some mum friends but also want to be as informed as possible about the birth!
