Thought it would be good for us to share our local favourites. Here's mine and DS's...

  1. Hackney City Farm - for the animals and the super child friendly cafe
  2. Haggerston Park - excellent playground and lots of space for running around
  3. Hackney Museum - great on a rainy day with good toddler friendly activities
  4. The one o'clock club at Clissold Park - preferably on a sunny day to get the best out of the sandpit
  5. Surestart singing at the Green Hut on Thursdays or the Sebright Children's Centre on Fridays (with the lovely Corin) - although DS's nap keeps preventing us from going :-(

Anyone else like to share?

  1. second Hackney City Farm - also has great singing with Patty on a Thursday afternoon and pottery on a ? Wednesday and Sunday I think?
2. not technically Hackney, but Museam of Childhood always worth a mooch around 3. Homerton Library 4. Victoria Park (again, not technically Hackney, but only just not!) - feed the deer, paddling pool for those sunny days! 5. number 5 would have been surestart paint pots at Granard House, but they have moved now and I haven't been to the new one.
