Good estate agents? (and bad?)

Looking to sell our house early next year to move up north (Sad).

Any advice on which Cambridge estate agents are any good? Any horror stories of some to avoid??

Thanks for any tips!

We sold with Boswell's who were great, bought with Cheffins who were awful - missing room descriptions and wrong dimensions on house particulars along with really bad photos and then terrible communication during the whole process, I would never sell through them

Not impressed with Cheffins either as a buyer many years ago, or recently as a potential seller (and buyer of a place they were marketing). Appalling level of inaccuracy and a 'couldn't care less' attitude when errors were pointed out.

Cheffins are crooks. They tell potential buyers that there' have offers to get you keen & up the price when there's not. All offers have to be sent by formal letter and my vendor hadn't received any when I asked.

We sold with Vincent Shaw a few years ago, and they were pretty good. Bought with Tuckers and they were OK.
