Hi all, moving from Watford and on a very very tight budget and found a house we like but it’s on the edge of (not on) the oxmore estate. It’s a new development and looks lovely. Any advice on people who live here ? I really can’t afford any very nice areas but also do t want to move somewhere and live to regret it . I have a 14 year old with Down syndrome so ideally want him to be in a neighbour hood that he could walk to the local shops and back. Also have a baby so schools are a consideration. Please be mindful that I can not afford to just move anywhere. Thank you so much in advance
