Can anyone give some advice for a couple thinking of relocating to to West Cumbria. We have gone past the need for schooling and young people's social lives and are concerned about health care and some sort of community for middle aged people. I am hoping that some of you young mothers may have parents with similar needs. Are you able to get appointments with doctors without waiting for too long? Is there a big problem with security? I always felt these things to be trivial when I was younger but suddenly they take on a whole new importance. Mumsnet seems to cover a lot of very important topics so I hope there is someone who can give me some advice. Thanks so much.
