New mum wanting to join groups

I have a three week old son and want to meet some new mums to share experiences with. I'm trying to locate some on this site but am having trouble. Any ideas?

I could tell you about lots of groups in Beeston but you probably want groups in long eaton... your health visitor should give you a list of baby groups to go to etc.

Are you working at 3 weeks post birth? wow, if so you are super woman!!

I think with a newborn NCT groups are good,as are baby massage, baby swimming and baby signing and the mums and babies exercise classes like bumpstto babe.. I found ones in the local listings mag Buzz, from my health visitor and googling.My health visitor ran new mum groups at the health centre. I can tell you all about west bridgford, but no help with long eaton I'm afraid!
