Friendly and patient tutor available after school and weekends for Maths and Physics GCSE & A level tutoring. Price £40 per hour.
I am an easy-going and relaxed tutor with a passion for maths and science in everyday use. After studying Maths, Physics and Computing at A-Level I went on to study Engineering at both the University of Cambridge and the University of Surrey, and have since gone into the automotive industry. I have always been fascinated by logic and problem-solving, especially in relation to maths and physics, and enjoy exploring how these concepts can be translated in education settings.

I have tutored recent GCSE maths students and have previous experience of tutoring at sixth form. This involved me having one-to-one sessions with B-grade maths students to help them to elevate to their target grades of A/A*.
I travel to you and can start lessons from 5pm on weekdays, depending on location. For weekend availability, please message me directly, as these would be on a flexible basis with no fixed time each weekend.
I work well with students who need a calm but driven approach; I aim to instil a clear, methodical thought process in all students, at the same time as stretching and testing their knowledge in way that brings out their full potential. I aim to give my students confidence in their abilities and a comprehensive "mental toolkit" in order for them to successfully tackle a wide range of topics with ease.
I offer assistance outside lessons too free of charge, and am willing to help at a distance outside of contact time. Please note I have a 24-hour cancellation policy.
