Hello I'm new to Mumsnet and new to Crouch End - my dd is 9 weeks old and we've just moved to the area. I'd really like to meet other mums and so far I'm floundering!! Any good tips? Coffee mornings/activities etc? Thanx!

Priory Park is probably the biggest park in Crouch End - Muswell Hill isn't that far away. The council children's centre groups are available to carers as well as parents, and I've met nannies at Jolly Babies near Turnpike Lane (Wood Green) on Monday afternoons - the Burghley Road under 5s centre has drop ins the other 4 weekdays for older preschoolers.

I'd like to recommend a free website I run designed to help people. You can find things like free baby care in Crouch End on it:)
