Hiya. I'm in Dumbarton. I have a boy, Thomas, who is 17 months. We moved to Scotland from Wokingham (nr Reading) to be with Toms daddy (my Fiance) last July.

What day is the toddler group? We've been swimming at the Vale a couple of times. And we used yo goto the Music With Mummy class there.

It is on a Monday & Friday 9.30am - 11.45am in Ladyton C.E.Centre Bonhill.

Dumbarton is not bad and have settled in well. Got a transfer up with work, which was good. Not been to toddlers on mondays/fridays as Tom and I are not good in the mornings. I work 3 eves a week, so don't get home till 10 with him, which means he goes to bed late and we get up late. We do goto the one at the baptist church opposite the Health centre in Dumbarton on thursday afternoons!

Any one want to meet up?

Not been to Kidzworld, but have been to Gogglebox in Helensburgh and Sox & Slides in Dumbarton.

The 2 baby/toddlers groups I goto both have baby bouncers/nests/toys.

I live in Dumbarton and have a 4 week old - my first. Since i usually work full time in Glasgow, i haven't managed to meet anyone but neighbours (who are much older) locally since movinf here 3 years ago... and although my baby is an angel and I'm loving maternity leave - I REALLY want to meet mum's in the area with similar aged babies. Most clubs seem to be for Toddlers. Anyone with tiny inactive babies just want to meet up and drink coffee and chat?

Hi Poffle, I used to live in Dumbarton, moved to N. Ireland in March this year. Just wanted to say that all of the toddler groups in Dumbarton/Bonhill area that I went to had loads of people with tiny babies too. Don't let it put you off going. They tend to have playmats/toys/bouncers etc for wee ones.
