Living in Enfield EN2

Hi Guys,
What about living in EN2 0AG postcode area, Chase side areas? Is it good place to live? I have been looking for properties in this area, and the price seems to be affordable.

I just looked up the postcode you mention and know the houses it relates to. The road is pretty busy but in general Chase Side is a fairly desirable area with good travel connections, lots of nice cafes, restaurants, shops and services, and some good schools nearby (though some not so good).

I live nearby and know Chase Side very well; as Enfieldlady says, it's a nice area, near to Enfield Town, three Rail stations within easy reach, ditto bus routes, and Oakwood tube station not too far away. Nearby, a new school is planned to open in 2020.
