Moving to Market Harborough- where is best?!

Hi!

I have a 18 month old and my husband and I are looking to move to Market harborough (or surrounds). We currently live in St Albans so a big move for us - looking to buy a bigger house for the little one and schools are really important. We do not want to be town Centre as enjoy the country feel but want to be close enough to walk or cycle in to town. Do you have any suggestions of great/not great areas? We are currently looking on route towards Lubenham, great Bowden or towards Farndon.

Hubbys brother lives in Oakham but this doesn’t have as quick connections to London.

Any advice on good areas for families, good education and investment would be very welcome :) Thanks you so much!!!
