Where to live ? DC at a Tonbridge Grammar

Hi,
DC is starting at one of Tonbridge’s Grammar schools and DH works in Redhill. We are looking to move to Tonbridge area but I’m struggling to find a decent 3 bed property under £1850 PCM.

Please can I ask for recommendations for areas to consider?

Try places like Borough Green, Sevenoaks etc. Can get to Tonbridge in under 20 mins by car/bus & easy access to the M25 for Redhill.
