Commuting time Nailsworth to Gloucester

We're moving just south of Stroud to Nailsworth next month. We will be commuting into Gloucester city centre. Can anyone tell me what a realistic commute time looks like? I know it can vary. Google maps estimates about 35-45 minutes during rush hour, but I am not certain that is realistic. I am wondering if anyone has any experience and might know?

Hi OP, I will be doing similar and reckon you'll need to leave 45-50 minutes. There are a couple of country routes, so will check both out and see which is least busy.
