Bordon - Moving Home

Hi fellows,

We are currently looking to move into Bordon in Hampshire from Stevenage in Hertfordshire. There is a lot of new build houses coming on market recently at reasonable prices in comparison to Farnham etc.

We are very nervous still as will be a big change for us moving this far from where we have lived for a long period of time.

Can someone please share how the life is in Bordon and what are the "Lows & Highs" of living there.

Also not too sure how the Junior schools are like. I know there are few out-standing schools in Farnham and Bentley side, but will we be able to get a place in them while living in Bordon (I don't mind travel time obviously).

Not exactly where you’re asking OP but we live close to Godalming and there is sooooooo much to do in the area!! You’ll be spoilt for choice!! I personally have just got back from a lovely walk with the kids around a nature reserve and then a visit to Churt Sculpture Park which isn’t far from Bordon at all. Love it!!
