Where to live in Beltchely/Milton Keynes

Hi,

Me and my girlfriend are looking at houses, we like the look of Milton Keynes or Bletchley to live.
We would appreciate any advice on what estates to avoid if possible in both areas. I know that Fishermead is one to avoid in Milton Keynes, Newton Longville seems lovely too.

The rule of thumb always used to be to avoid the estates with straight lines roads! There are some grey areas, but works pretty well.
