Richmond Council are encouraging families and residents to host a play street, as part of National Car Free Day on Sunday 22 September 2019.
All administration costs for road closures will be waived, and there are a number of grants of up to £250 to enable neighbours to plan fun activities that encourage people to spend the day outdoors!
