I’m so excited to announce that NEW X-HAIL classes are popping up in Mid Sussex - for kids, and mums (and dads, grans etc).
They offer a magical blend of mindfulness and modern meditation that leaves you, or your child, less stressed and more relaxed. Can help you feel calmer, less snappy, more together, and help you sleep better... Can also help with creativity, problem-solving, memory, self-soothing, and a whole lot more.
Classes coming to Lindfield on Mondays (morning and evening) from 17th June, The Perrymount from Thursday 6th June (lunchtime), and there’s a one-off fundraiser at Bolnore Primary School this Thursday at 7.30pm. (Happy to come to your school, too!)
