Flat to Rent

Hi everyone,
I was wondering if anyone knew of any 2 bed flats to rent in the Norbury/Thornton Heath area? I’ve been looking and everything is either too expensive or rubbish! Please help! It’s for our family- 2 children 2 adults.

Budget is £1200 but on part HB, have excellent references from our current flat and can get a guarantor if needed.
Any suggestions?

this link might be worth a look, its an 8 minute cycle ride from norbury. if you don't mind the location (on the high street on thorton heath) then have a look here. it has 2 large bedrooms. I don't own either flat so you will have to contact the estate agents. all the best x
