What are you going to do over the summer hols ?

Was just wondering whats on over the summer ? I have a 14month old daughter & we normally do classes, mums n tots & soft play.. however this is all going to be stopping over summer & soft play will be too busy/full of older kids.. Whats going on in Leeds over the summer ? anyone know / all ideas welcome..

also going to either meanwood valley farm, temple newsam and tropical world if its not so packed! check out the listings for more details.

roundhay park, goldenacre park, adel nature reserve if the weather is nice.

a trip to the mining museum at wakefield and the royal armouries if weather not so nice...both free.

I picked up a booklet with things to do at tropical world last week. has all soft play info, swimming pools parks, museums etc in, including a section on free stuff.

hesketh farm park at bolton abbey is really good. it has an indoor picnic barn with a straw bale maze which kept our dcs amused for hours!

we currently go swimming at scott hall but its really rubbish in the family changing rooms, and bad for taking a baby in the mens. which means my dp doesnt get the joy of changing our baby when we go swimming! does anyone know of anywhere better for men to take babies swimming?
we dont have a car so are a bit limited.
also, is it harrogate that has a good warm spa pool?
anyone been to ilkley lido?
