Hi I am new to Mumsnet, located in Twickenham. I am due Sept 23rd, and am trying to find a local pregnancy yoga class. The one I currently attend in Kingston is ending, and I am struggling to find another. The only one so far is in Isleworth, and starts at 6pm which is too early to get back from work! Does anyone know of any?
Cheers, Suzie

Hi SuzeTheFlooze!
Congratulations on your pregnancy! Not too long till end of September now!
I did ante natal yoga in Putney but that may be too far away for you. Have you tried contacting Yoga-Yoga? It seems they do classes in Richmond.
Check their site

Maybe anyone else have any recommendations?

Suze

I live in Kew (due on 29th Sep with my first) and am just about to start pregnancy yoga in the arches under Kew Bridge at a studio called Earthlife. Not the cheapest but very good apparently. 7.15 start on a Wednesday night.

Hi there
Am also looking for a local Yoga class and I saw your message. I looked into Yoga-Yoga but its finished over for the summer, so just wondered how you got on with the class you went to - is it worth a shot?
Thanks
Claire

Bit of an old thread... but can't stop raving about these classes. So thrilled that she is now teaching in Richmond - as I use to travel to Parsons Green! it was on the way home from work...

Just to say I went to my first class last week - just lovely. Candlelit relaxation, a really delicious rose and lavender tea at the end. Very relaxing and wow - she really knows her stuff!

There are also some wonderful yoga classes throughout London from Sitaram Yoga staff (www.sitaram.org.uk). All the teachers have been trained by the amazing Uma Dinsmore-Tuli and are truly fabulous. I went to the ones at Guys and St Thomas' and definitely attribute a peaceful, easeful, enjoyable birth and transition to motherhood as related to attending these classes.

Enjoy
