My back has gone twang... anyone know a good back clinic in Herne Hill?

Ouch, that hurts! I need to sort this out before it happens again, and not within hobbling distance of my flat!

Any ideas?

What sorted out my back was the Alexander Technique. I also used it when I was pregnant and I had no back pain at all! You can find a teacher through the society of the teachers of the Alexander Technique. There is a link to 'find a teacher' there.
