Moving to Ryarsh

Hi there

My husband has been offered a job in Kent and we have looked at the Ryarsh area in West Malling

Does anyone know if this is a nice area to live/bring up children?

We're from Scotland so have no idea what it's like?

The house we've seen is in the Ryarsh Park Development....any opinions would be welcomed

I live on Ryarsh Park and have been here for nearly 2 years.

It is a really nice place to live but it is very quiet and if you are used to living somewhere with lots of shops close by it will be a big change. You really need to drive if you live here as taxis are expensive and it takes ages to walk anywhere.

On a more positive note the locals primary schools are really good and everyone is really friendly so you will settle in quickly. The village holds lovely events for children such as the local Easter Egg hunt and a great summer fete so it is a nice place to bring up young children.
