Good groups for talkative 3-year old

Hello,
We recently moved back to Selhurst after a few years away and I'd be grateful for any suggestions for good groups for my v. talkative 3-year old. They're super social and would love to find new friends asap. I also have an 8-month old, so I/my husband would need to be able to bring them too.

there is a stay and play session on Fridays from 9:30-11 with sand & water, messy play, outdoor space, singing and more at Selhurst Kids Center. (contact details) all the best x
