Personal Trainer/Post Natal classes

My name is Colin and I am a Personal Trainer from Hornchurch.

I am here to offer my services to women who want to get fit or to get their bodies back after having babies.

I charge 25 pounds an hour for personal training and 10 pounds an hour per person for group sessions (more than four people) to do a post natal class (coming in nov 07).

I charge £25 per 60 min. session from my home studio in East london.

I have a lot of experience in working with post natal women and helping them regaining their figure. Each session includes a combinations of power cardio, light weight training with dumbbells, mat toning exercises to strengthen core muscles and stretching.
