Hello!
I am planning to buy a house in Long Ashton (most likely the far end of the village near the co-op, as it's more affordable). I don't have children yet but planning to soon. I just wanted to hear from anyone who has experience of Long Ashton what it's like to live there. Is that end of Long Ashton safe? What is there to do for young families there? Is there much of a community of mums there?
I know the primary school in that catchment area is Birdwell (which looking on the real schools guide has poorer results than Northleaze). Does anyone here have experience of what Birdwell is like?
