I am a mum of 1 living in Putney and would like to draw you attention to this planning application that has been proposed on the Council Planning Portal: Palmhouse Putney - application number 2019/0124
NOISE: 700 people & music in a structure that is not noise insulated. the noise would carry far as it is on the roof top.
OPENING TIME: 7 days a week until 11.30pm all year round with possibility to extend to 2am
SAFETY ISSUES: late night activities associated with drinking and anti social behavior
CHANGE OF USE OF THE PARKING: this would mean less parking, that would spill to surrounding streets. The original application stated that the parking was to remain a parking (Appendixes 1-6 Pt1)
ENVIRONMENT: more cars= more pollution, more light polution
COMMENTS NEED TO GO IN UNTIL THE 14 FEB (TODAY)
