We are a young family and have finalised a beautiful house on broad walk (se3 8nf) however, we dont really know anybody living there hence had a few last minute nervous ticks! Anything is helpful!
- how is the street overall? In terms of quiet, culture and safety - we heard there were a few burglaries around christmas which made us a bit concerned. Also i read about racism somewhere.
- we noticed there are a few rugby clubs around and were wondering if noise is a concern? Especially for houses located around the kidbrooke playing fields?
- schools - we have a toddler and although its too early have started thibking about nurseries and school. Plus both of us have full time jobs so any help on childcare is appreciated
- we really liked the area and were wondering if there are any other streets closeby with similar sized houses?
