Hi All - just to say I have volunteered to be the mumsnet Tsarina for Crewe and surrounding areas! I am adding places to go and see and do as often as possible so please do check the local listings if you are looking for somewhere to go with the children! Not everything is on yet so bear with me please
I dont pretend to be an expert but I have a pretty good idea of Crewe and surrounding areas so if you would like to ask anything specific I will do my best to answer or find out for you!

I have just moved to Nantwich from Derbyshire, so everything is new to me around here. I am looking for a mother and toddler group in nantwich but cant find one advertised anywhere. Can you help?

There is one on Wednesdays (11.00am I think) at Cronkinsons Farm pub in Stapeley - I've never been, just seen the signs outside, so I can't vouch for it!

Did you find anything kate? My DS is starting to get to an age where he needs to meet other kids so I'm looking for a group myself.

Hi ladies, sorry havent been up to scratch with this stuff lately but resolved to try harder!! most of the playbarns do toddler mornings but if you still need local mums and tots group feel free to cat me or post on here and give me an idea of location then i can let you have relevant details for your area! cat is fine if you dont want to divulge more personal info on this thread

I am still looking for somewhere to go in Nantwich - I go a list from the health visitor but don't know which to go to (TBH I would rather not go at all but I think I should for DS!)

If you have any recommendations that would be great, otherwise I'll just be brave and turn up...

Have you tried the NCT group for Crewe & Nantwich yet? They are a pretty relaxed bunch and the group runs in the school holidays too.

I was brave and went to the one in Stapeley - it was surprisingly ok!! I'm still going most weeks but I'll be starting back at work in a few weeks for 3 days so DS will be in nursery then.
