Recommendations for good hairdressers?

I am looking for someone who cuts really well and is also good at colouring. Cheynes are the usual recommendations, I know, any particular stylists/branch? They are very pricey!

Kalon in Canonmills are great, and much more reasonable than Cheynes!

I go to Sarah, the owner. Has a great understanding and knowledge of hair colour and texture and saved my hair when it was wrecked after years of home dying.
