Truro High school for girls

We are considering sending my DD to this school as a full boarder. As we reside in other country, we have limited information about the school. How is the academic and reputation of the school? Any comments are welcome. Thank you.

Truro High is great. My two girls, 11 and 12, have been there since they were 3 years old. It's very caring and nurturing but also has fab results - it's the top small independent school in England for A Levels at the moment. If you're interested in the grades, it was 59% A*/A last year. The girls are lovely and they really grow in confidence.

My daughter goes there, is doing very well and loves the school! The school has a good Facebook page that's updated regularly and has information on what the boarders are up to outside school time.

Hello we are moving to Truro and thinking of Truro School for my 6, 10 and 12 year old. I don’t know a soul in the city so being able to meet some Mums is important. Would this be possible at this school I know some schools the parents tend to drop and go. Also are the children fairly local as would like kids to have some local friends.
