MA&Y are running a Free Ladies-only Self Defence Workshop on Saturday 17th November 2018, 2.30pm - 4.30pm at Floreat, 305 Garratt Lane, Earlsfield. SW18 4EQ.
The class is free but we are collecting optional donations to Women’s Aid via the link below.
Learn a variety of techniques to protect yourself and stay safe whilst having fun, all for a good cause!
Some of the class will involve partner work so please feel free to bring a friend to practice with.
Wear comfortable clothing and bring a bottle of water.
