We are currently in London and were all set to move to Petersfield as it ticked enough of our boxes - pretty countryside, proximity to family, commute time etc but now thinking about Chichester as we would love to be closer to the sea and to be somewhere where we could have a real lifestyle change i.e more outdoorsy. Can anyone give me any advice on either area , I have read not great reports on the schools around Chichester, is this the case? Currently need primary spaces but interested in info on secondary too. What is it like living in the city or any recommendations for villages in the vicinity with good sense of community? DH would still have to commute 3 days a week so need to be closeish to station. TIA for any tips!
