Putting my house up for sale soon, pavement at bottom of drive has a dropped kerb. I have no paperwork/permit from council as the dropped kerb was there before I moved in about 10 years ago. I do not know if previous owner had permission from the edinburgh council for this. Will this cause me a problem when I come to sell?
House is ex council in a cul de sac and area has no preservation order on it.
