Hi I am desperate for some honest advice please! We have an opportunity to buy a beautiful house which we all love (dh, dd & ds) and it's in Coney Hill. Everything I read tells me to avoid the area however the post are quite old, sometimes from 8 yrs ago. Can anyone who lives there now give me some advice on this? We have to move quite quickly so we don't miss out on the opportunity.
