I set up Valley Willwriting 18 months ago to offer an at home will drafting service as I realise how daunting it can be to make those first steps, particularly if you think you have to take time out and visit a solicitor (which you don't). My reason for posting is this - as a parent of young children, how would you expect your children to be looked after in your Will and secondly, what age would you want your children to inherit - 18, 21 or 25?
