Can anyone recommend a dermatologist? I have rosacea (intermittent), but have also developed an allergy to anything with a SPF in it. I would rather pay somebody than go via the GP, which I assume would take a very long time.

Where are you (approximately) @milkmoustache?
This shows up on my phone as Local but not your area.
If you're local to me I can recommend a dermatologist but...

I have rosacea and I've found that sun protection caused a reaction, this seemed to coincide with the onset of my rosacea.

There are lots of threads on here about this, but Soolantra has worked for my rosacea, you can get this from your GP. I'd tried everything before Soolantra and nothing else worked, it's been a miracle.

As for SPF; through a process of trial and error I've found the only one that works for me is Clinique.

Purple I am in Cambridge. Not surprised to hear that your SPF allergy and rosacea are linked, that makes sense.
I am fed up of spending money on supposedly non allergenic products, La Roche Posay, Simple, Piz Buin....

I've got rosacea too and seem to be able to tolerate ultra sun factor 30 for face. I've also found Pixi is a foundation that doesn't irritate me,
I also use, micellar water, Ren anti redness serum and Olay night cream sensitive. At the moment I'm sticking rigidly to this and it seems to be ok.
I had a 3 month course of antibiotics earlier in the year and have been a lot better since then.

Dr Pamela Todd. She sees private patients at the Nuffield and Spire Lea. She's brilliant but long waiting list to be seen, even privately. Good luck.
