Secondary schools Ely area

Hi, dreaded time of choosing secondary for my daughter who will start Sep 2019, looking at Witchford, Cottenham, poss Impington etc and wondered if anyone had experiences of them they could share or anything I should be considering? Anyone in same boat dreading it?
Any advice welcome x

Of those three I would rank Impington, Cottenham and then Witchford.

Is Soham not on your radar? It is highly regarded.

Don’t know where you are but Ely College is definitely on the up and doing much better than it was. I have friends with kids there and who fully intend to send siblings there too as so impressed with the Trust running it and the general ethos and feel of the school now. The SLT is extremely good and they very much want Ely to be a college the kids are proud to attend. Soham is very good but Ely is definitely nipping at its heels. At the moment I’d avoid Witchford if possible as it seems to have issues that will take time to sort.
