Hi all I'm really struggling at the minute with tinnitus I got from being hit on the left ear which left a hole in my ear drum that hasn't healed and it's been 8+ weeks then few weeks ago the presure in my right ear changed and I have dull hearing and tinnitus in both ears, I'm not coping at all I have 4 kids 11,10,5,1 years old I haven't left the house or seen any mates in weeks I haven't cleaned up I'm so sad at the minute. I feel my life is over, I couldn't imagine living like this forever. Do any off you mummies have it? Any coping tips?
