I'm going to be moving to Co. Durham for DH's job, we will be looking for somewhere to live around Bishop Auckland / Crook area. Looking online there seems to be plenty of properties to rent, but how quickly do they go? Just wondering how quick of the mark we will need to be. Any tips on areas to avoid / aim for?
