we live in the midlands but was thinking investing in a property in liverpool as it is cheaper than here and a lovely town.
Now my budget is 90k more or less
where i can buy a 2/3 bed that i can rent to decent people (families students workers i dont mind) that most possibly will increase value and we can move into in the next 6/7 years
