Gas canisters around town

Has anyone else noticed the little silver gas canisters around Twickenham.

We have found them on Twickenham Green. Tennyson Ave. Crane Park, Riverside.
Something to be aware of

Oddly I clicked on this without realising it was about Twickenham. Yep, I’ve noticed loads of them discarded around the place too. Kneller Gardens I think, and the riverside too. They could at least clean up after themselves misses point
