Mummas and Beans offers totally unbiased and non-judgemental, Midwife derived Antenatal Education Classes.
We also offer Ultimate Birthing, which is a 6 week Mums only course for pregnant Mummas to be. Ultimate Birthing is a movement and relaxation class which combines elements of both yoga and hypnobirthing.
Mummas and Beans classes are launching in Twickenham in September 2018 at Beaumont House Day Nursery. We have a special launch price for all September classes!
