Childminder Barnes area

Hi all mums,

I am moving to Barnes next month and I am looking for a childminder as all the nurseries seem to be full.
Does anyone tips on what to ask the childminder, what qualification are required etc?? Does anyone have a childminder that they can recommend?
Any advice is greatly appreciated as I haven't been in this situation before

We are looking for a Nanny to help with after after school pickups and baby sitting (Barnes / Dover House Rd.), maybe 5 - 7pm.
