By way of introduction - My name is Simon and I am a single, straight, English man aged in my forties.

I am considered to be articulate, charming, charismatic, considerate, eloquent, genuine, highly intelligent as a person and very conscientious, reliable, clean and tidy as a tenant.

I have lived in only two rented studio flats during the past 10 years.

I am able to provide a reference from my current letting agency.

I am seeking a rental property in any area of Greater London, SW London or Surrey.

I am NOT looking to share or to rent a room in a shared property as I prefer to live alone.

I am not wishing to pay more than circa £850 per month, so of course I am not expecting to rent more than a small studio space or apartment for this particular price in any of the the London areas...

I work as a self-employed massage therapist / masseur and also freelance in the entertainment business with varying vocations.
