Welsh Gymnastics is holding a disability gymnastics taster day on Sunday 24th June. The event, sponsored by Strachan Travel, is free of charge and will be held in the Main Hall in Sport Wales National Centre, Cardiff.
We would like to introduce different gymnastics disciplines to our wider communities and to engage with young people, with certain impairments, who may think that gymnastics is not an option for them. The various disciplines we will have on offer at the event are
Tumbling, Trampoline, Acrobatics, Rhythmic, Women’s Artistic & Men’s Artistic.
The event will be delivered by qualified coaches and they have current DBS and Safeguarding certificates.
